Born and headquartered in Bengaluru, we're all about rich flavours and indulgent textures. Because if you’re going to have a cookie, you might as well have a really good one.

THE COOKIE FACTORY

meets cookie magic.
Every great cookie has to come from somewhere. Ours come from the Hyderabad factory, and it’s no small kitchen! It's the largest integrated cookie manufacturing plant in India, with 5 production lines and a capacity of 45,000 tonnes a year.
That's a lot of dough.
A LOT of cookies. And a lot of very happy snack drawers.
This is where we do things a little differently.
Wire-cut,
not moulded.
We were the first in India to make cookies using wire-cut technology. Instead of pressing dough into a mould, we use a thin wire to gently cut it into individual cookies. Pair that with richer ingredients and softer dough, and you get crunchy, delicious cookies with their own distinctive texture and character that make a UNIBIC cookie, well… a UNIBIC cookie.
Oh, and the factory runs two of the world's fastest wire-cut cookie lines! So yes, there’s some serious technology behind that cookie.

Our cookies are made using wire-cut technology, rather than being pressed into perfect moulds. The gentle process helps keep the chunks, texture and goodness of the ingredients intact, so nothing gets squished or crushed along the way.
The result? No two cookies look exactly alike. Each has its own character, with all those delicious ingredients coming through.
